Important Information about Halanda Pass:
Pass is valid for 4 weeks (28 days) from Date of First Use.
Students must purchase Pass directly from Halanda Studio -- not from individual instructors.
After receipt, present Pass to Instructor to complete and activate Pass on the Date of First Use.
Both Owner and Studio Copies of the Pass must be filled out completely for Pass to be valid.
Halanda Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Only Pass Owner listed on the Pass may use the Pass.

How to Purchase the Halanda Pass

Online:
Purchase Halanda Pass online with a credit card or PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required.
Please Note: A $3 processing fee is added to each Online purchase.

Be sure to provide a current mailing address so the Pass can be mailed to you.
If you are purchasing a Pass for another person (e.g., for your child), it is vital to include the name and contact information of the Intended Owner so the Pass may be properly filled out and validated. Otherwise, the Purchaser's name and contact information will be printed on the pass and the Pass will only be valid for the Purchaser.
Please allow up to five business days for processing and mailing of the Pass.
Because of delay between purchase and delivery, Pass will be valid from Date of First Use (please see Terms of Use below).

In Person:

Give a check or cash for $149 to Studio Owners Hala or Amanda in person.
Halanda Pass will be provided and validated on the spot.

Hala is usually at the Studio during her class and rehearsal times: Mondays 7pm-9:30pm and Wednesdays 6pm-8pm.
Amanda is usually at the Studio Tuesdays 7pm-9pm and during her classes Fridays 6:15pm-8:30pm.
You may also contact them to set up a meeting outside these times when mutually convenient.

Please Note:
At this time, instructors at the studio, other than Hala or Amanda, will NOT have Passes available to sell.
Instructors can only validate Passes. For now, Passes must be purchased directly from Halanda Studio.
We will, however, be evaluating the feasilibity of selling Halanda Passes through the Instructors at a later date.

Halanda Pass may be used to attend unlimited classes at Halanda Studio during valid period. Only classes which accept the Pass are included in the Halanda Pass Program. Please visit Classes page to confirm which classes accept the Pass.
Halanda Pass is valid for 4 weeks (28 days) from Date of First Use. Date of First Use must occur within 14 days of Purchase Date. Instructor at class of First Use will fill in the valid dates on and sign both copies of the Pass to activate the Pass.
Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Pass may be used only by the Pass Owner named on the card. Any Instructor may request to see an ID to confirm Pass Owner’s identity.
Pass may be purchased only through Halanda Studio, either on-line, by mail, or in person from Studio Owners, as described above.
Pass Owner must present the Pass to Instructor during class to claim Pass privileges. Instructor will record Pass Owner’s name, Pass number, and valid dates for Studio records.
Both the Pass Owner’s Copy and the Studio Copy must be filled out completely -- on front and back -- to be valid for use. Studio Copy goes to the Instructor at class of First Use. This card will be kept on file with Halanda Studio as proof of valid dates in case of card loss.
In case of a lost card, Pass owner should contact Halanda Studio only (not Instructors) for a replacement. The Studio Copy will be used to confirm information from the Owner’s Copy and re-issue a Pass, so both copies must be filled out in full. Instructors are not required to accept use of Halanda Pass without a physical Pass. Students are responsible to pay any regular class fees in the event of a lost card.
Participating class list may be subject to change. Please check Classes page and with instructor to confirm class is accepting the Pass.
